Compliance

Nothing lapses
on your watch.

Credentials that flag themselves before they expire, incidents documented as they happen, and records that are ready the day anyone asks.

How it works

Audit-ready
is the default state.

1
Everything on the record
Credentials, training certificates, signed agreements, and verified visits all file themselves against the right person automatically.
2
Expiries flag themselves
Anything expiring is surfaced on the profile and the roster before it lapses — no spreadsheet of dates, no calendar reminders.
3
History is kept
Visits, hours, completions, and documents are retained even as staff change, so an audit or a wage question years later has an answer.
Built in

Protection that
runs quietly.

Credential tracking
Licenses, certifications, and documents with expiry dates — flagged for review before they lapse, visible at the roster level.
Incident reporting
Reports with photos, filed from the caregiver's phone at the scene. The record is made when memory is freshest.
Records retention
Verified visits, hours, training completions, and signed documents are retained — staff turnover never takes your compliance file with it.
Access control
Role-based access with per-organization data isolation and encryption at rest and in transit. BAA available on Growth and above.
Questions

Good questions.
Straight answers.

Working records are retained. Removing someone from your organization removes their access and their future work, but completed visits, verified hours, training completions, and signed documents stay on file — wage and compliance records are kept, not deleted.
Store each caregiver's credentials with their expiry dates. Anything expiring soon or already expired is flagged on their profile and surfaced for review, so a lapsed credential never goes quietly.
Caregivers report incidents from the app, with photos, at the moment they happen. The report lands on the record with who, where, and when — instead of a verbal account three days later.
Mira is built with HIPAA-ready infrastructure including encrypted storage, access controls, and audit trails. Business Associate Agreements are available on Growth plans and above for organizations that require them.
