The 21st Century Cures Act pushed U.S. states to require it for Medicaid-funded personal care, and many agencies use it for every visit because verified records protect everyone.
Mira is built for private-pay home care. It captures the verified visit record itself: caregiver, client, GPS-confirmed location, and timestamps, exportable for payroll and your own records. Mira does not submit visits to state Medicaid EVV aggregators.
