Training requirements vary by state and by payer, and some require state-approved programs; documented hours from Mira strengthen your training file everywhere but are not a substitute for a state-mandated program where one applies. If you are unsure what your state requires, ask us and we will point you to the right source.
Certificates stay on record permanently. Twelve months after a completion, the caregiver's profile shows a refresher-due notice so your training file stays current without anyone keeping a spreadsheet of dates.
